I've been really fortunate in my experience with these people.  I have used other options in the past, and things didn't go quite so well, but the workers at GFL are not just easy to work with - they're actually Happy to be doing their work.  I think it's incredible that a company is able to nurture that much good will, especially in an industry centered around the dirtiest stuff on earth.  I look at them as proof that any company can have happy and loyal employees if they do it right.
